As Keer proceeded into the strange cavern his attention was else where,
Adas
was worried about Dru something wasn't right with Dylan. The images he
was
receiving from his dragon were confusing and filed with darkness. The
tentacle of the Kraken tightened on his leg and the water muffled
screams
and yells from the others brought him back to realization.
Glancing around he knew they were in deep trouble the Kraken was
already
pulling the struggling Clowie on Fara's purple back. The dragon was
clawing
and letting off electrical shocks but they were not enough to get the
Kraken
to let go. Clowie's freehand was sla****ng at the beast and small sprays
of
dark oily blood spread out from the creature.
Tanami was faring a little better largely do to Kethriss who was older
then
the other sea dragons, his electrical shocks and Tanami's skill with
sword
were causing the Kraken much pain.
Keer focused his thoughts and created a burst of lighting from his fist
aimed at the Krakens face the strands s****d in jagged lines quickly
through
the water hitting the Kraken square in the face. The creature only
snarled
and twisted tighter his hold on Adas. The pain echoed in Keer's mind it
felt
as though his very bones were ready to break under the tremendous
pressure.
Clowie called out for help as did Fara, Tanami fought on struggling to
get
loose. As soon as she managed to cut off or get free of one tentacle
another
would grab on. It seemed as though it would never stop then the water
around
her grew bright and the Kataani looked up to see what was happening
now.
Keer's eyes and gone wild and slightly mad, his hair spread out in ever
direction, he Clenched to Adas and the water around them was filled
with a
ball lighting spreading out word. The others watched as Keer mouthed
the
words no. The Tentacles had fallen away from the ball of lighting. It
forgot about Clowie and Tanami as the Kataani warrior upon dragon back
swam
forward surrounded by the ball of lighting.
The Kraken tried to retreat fear in its eyes. But there was no escape
the
speed of the dragon was far to fast and as Keer came with in a few feet
he
released the ball of lighting and sent it cra****ng into the Kraken. The
great beast writhed in pain thra****ng every which way.
Tanami thinking quickly had Kethriss relay a message to the other
dragons to
get out. But Adas and Keer did not move. Tentacles would smash into
them
knocking them around but dragon and rider neither defended nor dodged
it was
as though they had been stunned.
"Kethriss we need to get them out of there," Tanami said to the
iridescent
blue and green dragon. The dragon nodded as Tanami held on. Clowie and
Fara
watched from a safe point in the tunnel that was on the other side of
the
room.
The larger sea dragon dodge through the tentacles kicking away any of
those
that came to close or tail slapping if it threatened her rider. It
twisted
making barrel rolls and swimming sideways at times until it reached
Keer and
Adas. With there arrival Keer turned his mad eyes toward Tanami. She
saw
his eyes flicker with light for a moment.
"Come on Keer we have to get out of here before the guards come to find
out
what happened." The look in the Kataani's eyes did not bode well.
"They dared to hurt Dylan," Keer growled.
"Dylan is miles away Keer what are talking about," she hollered as
Kethriss
tail slapped a tentacle away.
"They will pay, I swear they will pay," With that said Keer leaned into
Adas
and the two darted down to the tunnel.
A bit taken back and surprised Tanami and Kethriss followed after
dodging
the destructive path of the dieing Kraken. Keer however didn't stop at
the
tunnel he darted past Clowie and Fara who quickly followed. The next
several minutes seemed almost a blur as Keer and Adas became something
out
of a night mare. Keer gathered to him a shroud of blue darkness and
with the
aid of Adas throw himself into battle. Tanami and Clowie brought up the
rear
fini****ng off anyone left behind.
The strike was so fast and furious the Kataani warriors were unable to
prepare for the battle, or counter with a strike of their own. The
shroud
seemed to protect Keer and Adas from harm but even if it had not the
others
didn't think he would stop.
They had come deep into the sea mountain when they came into another
great
room; this one however rose up into a great air pocket. The ceiling
glistened with Stalactites and below them surrounding two prominent
figures
glistened stalagmites with half a dozen elite guards. Keer recognized
the
prominent figures at once and snarled.
The guards rushed into the water as they noticed the intruders. Keer
stopped
and begin to sing a mournful song the air tighten and held the guards
in
place. Adas quickly relayed to Kethriss that Keer could not hold them
long.
Clowie and Tanami swam in and lunched spear after spear until each one
lay
limp. Then Keer visibly relaxed and took out his sword and approached
The
Emperor with malice in his eyes.
Seeing what was about to happen, Tanami and Clowie quickly blocked
Keer's
path. "Out of my way they dared to hurt Dylan." He screamed.
"No Keer it was not the Emperor," Tanami started. "Look the guards were
holding them in not protecting him.
Clowie pointed to the bindings at the ankles of the emperor. The
Emperor
Toru looked sternly at Keer, then as though in recognition he hollered
out.
"Keersach! Son of Crysheith!" The water did not muffle the emperors'
voice
as though the emperor commanded the very water itself.
As tough someone had physically slapped him Keer blinked and bowed
before
the Emperor Toru. "Yes your eminence that is I and my fathers' name."
Toru nodded as though he already knew that answer, "I am in your debt,
and I
believe your father should be very proud of you."
Keers' upper lip turned slightly at the mention of his father but he
said
nothing. Instead he turned to Tanami. "If we are going to get him out
of
here safely we need to do so quickly. I can get Clowie and I home
safely but
you have the power to get back home much quicker.

Summary
Keer Tanami and Clowie fight off the Kraken with Keer giving a great
display
of magic he gathered out of anguish for Dylan. Quickly they fight throw
the
caves and find the Emperor Toru and rescue him and his daughter.
