Day 9 before the ground quake
*Joe*
Joe was standing in front of the apartment where the visiting
dignitaries were staying. The young blond teen as standing there
trembling in his shoes. Worried the Brennawouldd push him away because
of whathappenedd the night before. He was holding a letter that he
hadwrittenn the nights before and some flowers that he picked that
morning when he first got up. Hand writing and spelling where never his
strong points some even joked the he was writing in someunknownn
language, but he was confident that this letter was his best and he
hoped it would help him when he asks Brenna to go on apicnick with him.
He trembled as he slowly reached up his hand and quick knocked. A
moment later Falicia answered the door."Can I help you?" the lady
asked.
Joe trembled a little." Is B..B..Brenn..n..a there?" stutteredred.
Falicia smiled," You must be the young boy that was dancing with her
last night. She and Sue are right here." she responded incheerfulull
tone. Stepping aside she invited him in." Why don't you go and sit
right on the sofa and I'll going and get her."
The young boy wobviouslysly venervousous and Felicia can see by his
sliglimpinp that his foot still has not healed from his dance with
Brenna. She giggled this boy must have a hug crush on her to be able to
go though all that he did and still show up at her door with flowers
and a obvious love letter. Tlaundressess quickly ran off wakeake
Brenna.
Joe watched as Brenna came out still in her nightgown her blond hair
unkempt rubbing the sleep from her eyes. There was no doubt that she
and Sara still stayed up late even after they where all sent home when
the adults started to really drink. But even like that Joe though she
was the most beautiful women he had ever seen. The youapprenticetic
Sara was right behind her.
Brenna walked up to the young teen and asked," What is it you wanted to
see me about?"
Joe handed her the flowers and letter and asked," Would you like to go
on apicnick with me today?"
But before Brenna could answer or look at the letter he had just handed
her thegroundd shook violently. Brennapracticallyy fell into Joe's
arms. He was able to catch her and hold heruntill Sara stumbled into
Brenna's causing all three to fall. Joe bumped his head on the floor
but also found his facecaughtt in her cleavage again as the young blond
junior queen rider layedon topp of him.

David had been crying for the last hour. Amy had been holding him
trying to get him to calm down. Every thing she checked seemed to
beOKk. His diaper was clean and dry. He did not want food. She had been
walking him around the apartment rocking him and singing to him, but
nothing worked. David just wouldn't stop crying. The new mother had
been hoping the her husband would come home soon because she could
hardly take it any more.
She took a sip of some of her coffee and placed it on the table. When
she did that it seemed as if the dark liquid can to life and was
jumping out of the mug. Then the ground began to rumble. Dishes began
to fall and break.
Amy was beginning to panic not knowing where to go when Belle called
out to her.< This way get under my wing!> The young blond rider did
just as she was told. This being her first ground quake she was very
terrified.
Belle could feel her riders terror through the whole thing but when it
ended she sent a message to Could and Coo that they where all right.
{shortly after the quake Breezy's office}
Dizzi sat and waited like Breezy told her but she quickly got board.
The young girl wanted to know what was going on, if every one was all
right, and what had happened. Those that have raised children before
know that many of them can't sit in one place for very long and Dizzi
was no exception. She grabbed her stuffed dragon Snow and headed for
the door. The young dark haired girl peaked out to make sure the coast
was clear. With all that was going on outside there was almost no one
in the offices. So Dizzi quickly slipped out with out being noticed by
any one.
