Right.  Ten years ago, some spammers went so far as to use the
*dotless* quad, to make it even harder for recipients to figure out
who to complain to.  This was back when people still thought the war
on spam was winnable.  Today, to trace every spam sent to me and send
a complaint, I'd need to hire a full-time staff of several hundred
people.  Even to "just press delete" I'd need at least five full-time
assistants.  I hate to filter, but I literally have no choice.

Any web browser that would allow that should be taken out and shot.  A
browser should do *nothing* with any website, except display on your
screen what's there, unless you explicitly tell it to do otherwise.

I would bet my life that no website, no matter how malicious or
cleverly written, can harm anything on my PC if I visit it with the
lynx browser.
