I read Hotmail through IE version somethingorother, but because I
don't read or post netnews through it, I get almost no spam on
that account.  I get it all here on kithrup, which runs BSD UNIX,
and all spambots, viruses, trojans, et cetera ad nauseam, show up
as meaningless blobs of useless text that can't do anything.  In
any case, if a mail message shows up whose sender id and/or
subject line don't look familiar, I delete it unread.  "d *"
covers a multitude of sins.
