Michel Cluizel is an extraordinarily fine brand. It is, much of the 
time, my favourite. Just at present, the Hotel Chocolat 85% non-bitter 
is my favourite, but I shall be getting a fair supply of Michel Cluizel 
for the handing-out-nice-chocolate-at-Eastercon supply. 

Michel Cluizel Grand Noir (85%) is especially good. I handed some out at 
the UK Corflu, which produced varied reactions, ranging up to fairly 
convincingly faked orgasms. 

Noir Infini, at 99%, has to be treated with care. Take very small 
pieces, of a few square millimetres, and whatever you do, don't bite: 
let it dissolve. Such a small piece will satisfy any ordinary craving 
for chocolate.
