Also, because with each we got a President who was widely thought to be a
turkey, while T.R. is pretty popular looking back.  Garfield and Arthur
are,
AFAIK, equally forgettable (and indeed, I doubt many people remember
Garfield was assassinated, vs. simply dying in office like Taylor or W.
Harrison.)
