What does an anarchist think of a country with forced conscription?

Switzerland's population is just over 7.5 million. The below site 
includes, "Accurate figures are not available, as guns do not need to be 
registered, but most estimates say there are at least 2 million weapons 
in circulation, with some placing the number at twice that."

If the total is 4 million, and each gun owner has only one gun each, 
then "most Swiss do" works out. What source were you using for the 
assertion?
