In the United States, at least, a "dress shirt" is a shirt that can be
worn with a suit and tie, when one is dressed up.
Note that the quoted description said, ""The Executive" Dress Shirt
with two front pockets. "... A hard to find 2 pocket dress shirt for
those who need them." However, you could be right. The connection
could have resulted from a computer suggesting items of possible
interest based on words apart from context
