For those of you who live in the USA, today is a Federal Holiday but
not, perhaps, a State Holiday. There will be no mail delivery today,
but I am still required to go to work as we need to process the
weekend mail for delivery tomorrow.
And at the noon AA meeting, when I mentioned this, somebody asked
"which president?" and I answered "Jefferson Davis". My feeble attempt
at humour was not appreciated. O well.
Nothing new to report about the thoroughly spoiled rotten cats who are
running my life..
