Somebody wrote a book about JFK claiming that while Oswald hit him
twice (one of which would have been fatal since it severed the spinal
column) the final look-there-goes-the-cranium shot was an accidental
discharge by a secret service agent in the following car.

Mind you, for any possible cause of death. someone has written a JFK
book about it.
