Does anyone have any information on the 25th Annual Ohio Science Fiction
Film Festival? (marathon) Searches I have done online haven't garnered
anything more useful than discussions about last year's get-together.
This 24 hour sci-fi movie marathon has been held at various theathers,
(I
think Drexel was the most recent) in Columbus since about 1983.
My wife and I were never able to make it there, but I had several
friends
that went, and told us about it. We (my wife and I) had decided to go
this
year no matter what, but now we can't seem to find any information on it!
The last we had heard was a rumor that they were thinking of switching
to
another theater, because I guess the current one had a new owner or
something.
They always have the marathon in April of each year, which means if it
is
going to happen, it should be coming up in the next 60 days or so. Since
we're out of town, we don't know what is happening locally.
We really don't want to miss it again, and would appreciate it very much
if anyone has any information on this, if they could post it. Thanks!
