How does one promote healthy lifestyles?  The doctor admonishes the
patient to eat right, get more exercise, quit smoking, use seatbelts,
helmets, smoke detectors, condoms, etc.?  Hasn't everyone already
heard that message?  Having doctors explain it one-on-one to their
patients is a very inefficient way to get the information across.
If insurance pays for doctors to do so, no wonder it's increasingly
unaffordable.
