You mean for Worldcons after 2007, or for voting after 2007?  Chicago
had a failed bid, and Geneva a withdrawn bid, for this year, and
Kansas City had a failed bid for 2009.  DC had a bid for 2011 which
was slipped to 2012 then withdrawn.
