Their bid was withdrawn in 2004, but they were bidding until then.

For 2010 and later, there never were any competing bids as far as I
know.  Unless you count the DC in 2011 bid, but I don't count that
as a competing bid because it was withdrawn *before* Seattle started
bidding for that year.  Of course competing bids may spring up in the
future, but I'm not aware of any previous time in at least the past
half century when there were no competing Worldcon bids.
