Yeah, though that seems to work mostly in cases where the fibromyalgia
is really something like Lyme disease or something that is still
lurking in the system.
My doc suspects that "fibromyalgia & CFS" are probably many many
diseases... What works in some cases won't work in others.
Antibiotics didn't help me. Though I get some help from vit B, vit D
and iron, as well as having made some major lifestyle changes.
If I'm tired I take a nap... even if the nap is 3 hrs. If I go to the
grocery store for more than a quick "milk run" I know that's probably
the only productive thing I
really get done during the day.
Chiropractic helped some, diet changes helped some... but when it's
really flaring up, sometimes waiting it out is all I can do.
I'm looking at a drug trial though... friend gave me the flier from
the clinic he's going to for his diabetic neuropathy trial.
