There's no law against trash picking.

It doesn't appear to be used.  I suspect it's a left-over length,
after a longer pipe was cut to fit.

I guess there's no harm in it spending another decade on my bookshelf.
(I have a *long* shelf, and the books don't go all the way back.)
Seems kind of a waste if there's a copper shortage.
