I remember a movie once that started with a famous author of books
about exploring the African jungle, apparently in just such a jungle.
Then the camera pans back and shows he's actually on the roof of a
skyscraper in Manhattan.  It turns out he was a big fraud, and had
never been to Africa.  The rest of the movie was about what happened
when he was forced to actually go there.  I don't remember the name
of the movie.
