Not if you're driving.

Not to mention that having to take mass transit to eat, and mass transit 
to return, makes the amount of time necessary for a meal go up 
considerably.  In Glasgow, there was very little near the Convention 
center, and anything in town meant taking more time out of the 
convention than I wanted to do.

YMMV, of course.
