So?  Until 1978, they said somebody who wasn't Italian could never be
pope.  Anyhow, if the pope has to first be a cardinal, then we just
have to get Harry to be a cardinal first.

The heirarchy is deacon, priest, bishop, archbishop, cardinal, then
pope, right?  Did I miss any steps?  Sounds straightforward enough.
I didn't say I'd accomplish it all this year.

Who's the competition, anyway?  Jack Ryan?  He's already busy being
president, plus he's fictional.
