Apparently the heating settings at the start of the con were all wrong 
for so many people in the building. It did get better after a certain 
amount of shouting and shaking by the committee on Friday, but took a 
while. The Atrium, a very large room with an all-glass roof, is always 
going to be a pain to heat.

The hotel have apparently promised to revamp the air-conditioning in 
there before Easter 2010.
