Yes.  That even surp*****, because real not fictional, the scene
in _Targets_ where a mad sniper in a drive-in, already severaly
shaken by the film on the screen showing a horror character
played by Boris Karloff, turns around and is reduced to gibbering
hysteria at the sight of an elderly actor, played by Boris
Karloff.
