Well, since Outlook WEB Access isn't installed locally, and doesn't even
require having OE/Outlook on the computer, that wouldn't really be an
option.  Sounds like he's probably trying to access work mail since I
don't
know of any online mail services that use OWA.  Probably some but I
haven't
seen them.

Far as I remember, there is no option in OWA for what format is used.  I
won't be able to check for sure though until Monday since I'm off tomorrow
and don't have a smart card reader here at home.  No username/password
access on our system.
