I see no accusation that the committee tried to exclude non-drivers. At
worse he is claiming that they failed to positively act to include them.
But since the question isn't put to the comcon but to Evelyn, it isn't
even that--he is criticizing her explanation of why his question isn't
im****tant. Since his initial question hasn't been answered, he doesn't
know whether the site is suitable for non-motorists, and doesn't say he
knows--he's asking.
