I'm reminded of a cheap way to turn your black and white TV set into
a color TV set.  It consisted of a sheet of plastic, blue on top, red
in the middle, green on the bottom, to be taped to the TV screen.  It
worked remarkably well -- at least during broadcasts of golf course
fires on sunny days.
