Hal ALWAYS waits till the evening of April 15.  This had
repercussions in 1999, because I had had abdominal pain all day
and by the time he got home from work I was in *serious* pain.
But he still had to fill out the forms and drive by the Post
Office to drop them off, before taking me to the hospital.

(Where I spent the next month with pancreatitis.)
