The five major stations in St. Louis (KTVI-2, KMOV-4, KSDK-5, KPLR-11
and KDNL-30) all have their transmitters in south St. Louis County on
very tall towers.  When I lived in northwest St. Louis County, there
was no problem receiving the signal of any of those stations.
