If such a politically impossible prosecution had ever been
contemplated, finding two eyewitnesses to testify in open court
would have been a bit of a problem, don't you think?  The only
eyewitnesses, after all, were North Vietnamese.

I very much doubt that the photographs, in and of themselves,
would have been admissible.  There's the little problem of
finding the photographer to say "I took those photos of that
person in that place."

Besides, she's sorry.  Said so herself.
