Because it's not generally regarded as a pleasant walk. It's eight to 
ten miles, over a major bridge, through Camden, NJ, along some 
heavily-trafficked roads. It's more if you're coming from the air****t, 
Add to that the luggage and the November weather and, frankly, it 
doesn't seem as though it'd be worth the effort for most people. 
(Especially if the main motivation for walking is to save money.)

There is a train station that's down the highway a bit, but I'm not 
certain how to get on that train line. Walking from _there_ wouldn't be 
so bad.

If you _want_ to walk it, you're perfectly free to do so. But, speaking 
as a former resident of Cherry Hill, NJ (where the hotel is-- it's where 
my senior prom was held) and a current resident of Philadelphia, I 
wouldn't recommend it.
