Trivially, I'd expect; remember that the amount of bandwidth needed
for a voice stream is pretty low -- 64kbps if you just encode it the
way the phone company does when putting voice channels over T1s, lower
still if you use some form of compressing codec like I think most VoIP
software does these days.  My little Soekris box that does wireless
network
gatewaying is set to run VPN (virtual private network, i.e., encrypted 
network links) over the wireless using the OpenVPN software.  It manages
to
regularly push 3-4Mbps of encrypted traffic [1].  And that's with a fairly
wimpy CPU; the Soekris is an "embedded-systems" box with a CPU that's 
essentially equivalent to a 266MHz Pentium -- *way* less CPU than any
desktop
machine sold these days. 

[1] As near as I can read the logs, the default data encryption is
Blowfish with 128 bit keys.
