No.  I was a California resident, and had my auto insurance there - and my
medical insurance was still on my mom's policy at the time, in New York.

It was explained to me that Colorado was no-fault, yes.  I have no idea if
Colorado law requires them to pay anyway, but according to my insurance
broker, the liability coverage would not cover my own medical costs
regardless.
