This deserves at least a "snort". If my coffee were served 60 degrees
below boiling I'd return it in disgust and demand some that were fresh,
let alone 60 degrees below whatever McDonald's was serving it at. The
coffee I have every morning is espresso diluted with 195F water and I'm
able to start sipping it immediately. In 5-10 minutes I can drink it by
the mouthful and 5-10 minutes after that I'd have to either throw it out
or pour it over ice.
