Knowing that something is what "most fast food places" do would not
generally be taken by me as a commendation. Most fast food places serve
lukewarm rusty tapwater and call it coffee, and I'm convinced that a few
of them buy their coffee grounds secondhand from truck stops. And some
of them make their iced tea on alternate Thursdays.
