car was stopped at the time.  But when complaining about the case,
people usually say that the car was moving, or even that she was
driving.

As for her fault: I'm having a hard time thinking of other products
that I could buy from a fast-food store that can cause tens of
thousands of dollars of medical expenses in seconds in the event of a
common accident.  Choking on food is about it, but everyone (I would
think) has had some experience with that.
