Even leaving aside that badly-worded last sentence (all customers?
many customer?  47.3% of customers?), it doesn't say whether any
research was introduced into evidence.

(I would be shocked at a solid study contradicting the notion that at
least a large fraction of drive-thru food and drink is consumed
immediately in the car.)
