There's also the question of whether the take-out coffee is hotter
than the coffee served to in-house customers[*1].  If it isn't, then
add the in-house customer to the list of people who have to wait
while their too-hot drink cools down.

 *1: I recall that in some Macdonalds/Burger Kings/whatevers that
     I've been in, in-house customers are given an empty cup which
     they then fill themselves from a coffee urn in the dining area
     of the restaurant.  In those cases, where completely different
     urns are used for in-house and drive-in service, it's possible
     that they'd be set at different temperatures.
