I get these notices all the time. They are just phi****ng expeditions by 
someone who is trying to get my personal information so they can steal
from 
me......I just ignore them........I can go to my account on both eBay, and

Pay Pal, and sign on using my keyword, and inspect my balances and 
outstanding payments and/or purchases. If they are clear, then I know the 
emails are bogus.
