I know for certain that once, friends of mine, during a party, in the 
middle of the night, called an old man in Salzgitter at random to find 
out what company became the successor of the former Hermann Göring 
Works. They then proceeded to have him look up the number to call the 
company (now Salzgitter AG), and talking to the answering machine, they 
ordered a ton of potash. As far as I know, it was never delivered.
