"It Happened Tomorrow"
"It Happens Every Spring"
"Ikarie XB-1" (a.k.a. "Voyage to the End of the Universe")
"The Magnetic Monster" (really deserves to be remade with today's SFX)
"Quest for Fire"

"Panic in Year Zero":  This one may be too well known to qualify for 
your list, but what the hell

And one that's really hard to find:
"Earth II":  This was an ABC made-for-TV movie and failed pilot about a 
giant orbiting space habitat.  Good luck finding a copy.
