I had read both the description on IMDb and the one on "The Big List of
over 700 time travel movies & shows" of this movie, but since I could
not remember the western theme, I disregarded it as a possibility.
After reading your post, though, I downloaded (part of) it. And after
managing to get a few viewable parts, I think that it's the one...
It has the car accident in multiple scenes, the burning circle and
Hutton looks much like the woman I remember.
I still need to find a decent copy, but at least now I know where to
look. (It was a bit like a song you can't get out of your head - without
remembering which song or enough of the lyrics to do a decent search.)
