Yeah, when they finally brought the "Absorbing Man" plot into the whole 
Nick Nolte mess, I remember this audience buzz of "AwRIGHT!...Two hours 
into the movie, and we've finally gotten some comic canon, like we're 
SUPPOSED to! :D "

(And given Avi's "Sorry about that earlier, folks" comments in the 
press, I'm guessing he shares those sentiments.)
