"The Call of Cthulhu" *has* already been made, in a very faithful and
very good adaptation by the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society. It is
done as a black-and-white, silent film:

And supposed after HELLBOY 2, Guillermo del Toro (PAN'S LABYRINTH,
BLADE II, etc.) will finally be making "At the Mountains of Madness"
something he has wanted to do for a long time and something he
