I went to see this at the theatre yesterday, and I'm really glad I
did. It was quite an experience, not least due to the surround sound
system making it sound as though there really were people screaming
and monsters attacking from every direction. The sight of that
monstrous behemoth passing by over the car will stay with me forever,
although I would've preferred if they'd shown slightly less of it (in
King;s novella, we do not see the actual body).

I liked this film a good deal, but I agree with you about the ending,
Franklin. It felt false and manipulative to me.
