And I would deem "magic" as depicted by Harry Potter or Dresden Files, or
D&D, etc. where it's measurable, repeatable, bound by in-depth complex
rules
as just a branch of "science", ala chemistry, astronomy, biology,
psychology, sociology, archaeology, geology, etc.
