Actually, I made a subtle allusion to that in my post. I seem to
remember reading some articles about the ***ual behavior of people
before and after contracting things like HPV, but I (a) can't find the
references, and (b) talk about difficult research to establish
baselines in. Human behavior isn't know for its stability in the first
place, so teasing out something like an increased likelihood of
"sleeping around" is going to be very tricky.

On the other hand, perhaps it's already happened, a long time ago.
Humans are noted for the *huge* amount of time and resources they
spend on mating behavior, and a lot of that behavior isn't nearly as
monogamous as some cultures imply. Perhaps any virus that could
logically increase the human *** drive already has, to the point where
it's a benign (not to mention fun!) part of our geonome.
