I got mine at a library auction many years ago for $32. 

As usual in such matters, it then cost me $52 to build an appropriate
case (I've never lived in a pristine environment, and I don't want it
damaged).

If you want the current 20-volume set without paying thousands, check
eBay -- they are listed fairly frequently and usually sell in
near-mint condition for around $500-600.


As far as providing page number -- I'm simply not going to bother.
I've already opened the case once this month, and it's a bit of a
hassle (the cover is held on by screws, and the screwdriver which
usually sits by my desk is currently in the kitchen), and it wouldn't
prove at all helpful because you undoubtedly don't have the same
year/version at hand.
