Bravo!  Way to win your case on the merits!

Note that it is trivially easy to come up with Google hits of people 
claiming that the word _virii_ (or _viri_ for that matter, which is only 
singly-wrong instead of doubly-wrong) is _not_ in the OED.  In fact, you 
find many people _citing_ the OED as proof that _virii_ is not a real 
word.  With page numbers.  And with excerpts from the OED itself.  I'd 
give some URLs, but they're trivial to come by:  Google for "oed virii" 
(no quotes) and click on the first half-dozen hits.

So I still call shenanigans.
