For even more advanced technology, you could use a weapon that attacks
the psychology of the technology itself (ie, a computer virus). But
that's probably only good against technology well beyond ours since the
vast majority of our current machines don't have onboard computers of
sufficient sophistication to be even theoretically vulnerable to that.
