Around here there are terminals available to the visitors as well as 
internet connections for long term patients.
Stay away from medical computers and you should be able to find a 
machine thats unprotected either by design or by falling to sleep 
without logging out.

Next step would be fetching my cell phone, offering a webbrowser and to 
option to connect either via the provider or any public WiFi as well as 
an offline copy of the wikipedia.

Should that fail the next try should be your trusty fast food 
restaurant, most of them offer free web access to their customers.
