Ah, but then you'll have the smarty-alecs claiming QM is easy, it's
only string theory that gets hard.  And then...

Eh.  Just switch modifiers on the two paradigms of difficulty,
and say "rocket surgery" or "brain science".

On the down side, this might confuse Kim Possible, who's father and
mother are a rocket scientist and a brain surgeon, respectively.
