A phone call which will cause the called person to stop his work,
switch to another task (the call) and switch back to what he was doing
- the cost of tast-switching is quite high and lots of worktime gets
wasted on it, but the wisdom of doing two or more things at once gets
hardly questioned, because doing various things at once is seen as a
good thing in itself, even if they are not done good.
